Residential Packages

Terms & Conditions

1. Session Duration: Each cleaning session is approximately 4 hours.

2. GST: GST will be added to all package prices when invoiced.

3. Package Policy: Package sessions cannot be purchased individually and must be bought as part of a complete package (Silver, Gold, or Platinum). For one-time cleaning services, please request a custom quote. 

4. Travel Inclusion: Cleaning packages include travel costs if the service address is within 40 km of Melbourne CBD. Additional travel fees may apply outside this radius.

5. Equipment & Supplies: All sessions include cleaning equipment and cleaning solutions, provided by the assigned cleaner.

6. Validity Period: All sessions included in a package must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase.

7. Service Address: All sessions must be redeemed at the same residential address provided at the time of purchase. Packages are not transferable to multiple locations.
